1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hurdl platform ("Service"), including our mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hurdl is a sports club membership platform that enables players to discover clubs, purchase memberships, book courts, and organize matches for sports including pickleball and padel.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Court bookings are subject to availability and the policies of the individual club.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Refund and cancellation policies are set by each club and displayed at the time of booking.
• Hurdl facilitates transactions between players and clubs but is not a party to the booking contract between you and the club.

5. Memberships

Club memberships are offered by individual clubs through the Hurdl platform. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are determined by each club. Recurring memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Hurdl, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Hurdl does not guarantee the availability of any club, court, or time slot. Participation in sports activities is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurdl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including injuries sustained during sports activities booked through the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
